Social research has demonstrated that most adolescents and adults masturbate at least once each year. Sexual fantasizing is highly diverse: What one person considers exciting might be boring or scandalous to someone else. Outside the female vagina, male ejaculate can have little physical effect--though people fetishize it, probably in response to cultural taboos.
